Collection forms

Smart views across the workspace
Create a live view that pulls together documents from across the workspace by collection, date, location, or property. Keep it on Home or embed it in a page. Tracked in GitHub: https://github.com/Automattic/cortext/issues/440
Quick capture and Inbox
Save a thought before deciding where it belongs. New captures land in an Inbox where they can be edited, moved into the page tree, or added to a collection later. Tracked in GitHub: https://github.com/Automattic/cortext/issues/439
Knowledge graph
See how documents connect through mentions, backlinks, and relations. Start from any page or collection item, follow the links around it, and open what you find. Tracked in GitHub: https://github.com/Automattic/cortext/issues/438

Archive content without deleting it
Move finished pages, collections, and rows out of everyday navigation without deleting them. Archived content stays intact and can be restored later.
Use one item in multiple collections
Add a collection to any Cortext document the way you would add a tag. The document keeps its place and content, picks up that collection's properties, and appears in its views. It can carry more than one collection at a time, and a collection with no custom properties works as a simple tag. Tracked in GitHub: https://github.com/Automattic/cortext/issues/445
Remote backup and sync
Pair Cortext Desktop with a remote Cortext installation, sync pages, collections, properties, and media in both directions, and keep recoverable snapshots. The first version will use manual sync. Live collaboration remains a separate feature. Tracked in GitHub: https://github.com/Automattic/cortext/issues/444
